Geography

It is located 20 km north-east of Pochep, on the right bank of Sudosti.

History

Mentioned since 1704 as the village of Dmitrovka. Former possession of the Roslavtsev. Dmitrovka was part of the parish of the village of Sinkova.

Until 1781, in the Pochep (1st) hundred of the Starodub regiment.

From 1782 to 1918 in the Mglinsky district, county (from 1861 - as part of the Vorobeyn volost).

From 1918 to 1924 in the Krasnoslobodsky volost of the Pochepsky district, later in the Pochepsky volost, the Pochepsky district (since 1929).

Until 1964 it was a village, in 1964 the village of Leninsky was annexed and the status of a village was assigned.

Infrastructure

In the middle of the 20th century, a general storehouse, a consumer service center, and a veterinary station were operating in Dmitrovo.
