Bolshoi Belynichi is a village in the Zaraysky district of the Moscow Region , and the municipal formation includes the rural settlement of Karinsky (until November 29, 2006 it was part of the Avdeevsky rural district ) [2] .

In Bolshaya Belynichi for 2016 there are 5 streets [3] , the village is connected by bus with the district center and neighboring settlements [4] . In the second half of the 16th century, a wooden Mother of God-Christmas Church was erected in Belynichi, which burned down in 1863. In its place in 1876 a stone church of the same dedication was built in the pseudo-Russian style. It was closed in the 1930s, heavily rebuilt, given in a ruined state to believers in 1999, it is a monument of architecture of local significance [5] . Also, from the 19th century to the middle of the 20th century, a village chapel existed in the village [6] .

Big Belynichi is located 14 km south of Zaraysk , not far from the border with the Ryazan region , on the right bank of the Sturgeon River [7] , the height of the village center above sea level is 165 m [4] .

History
Big Belynichi for the first time in historical documents, like Belynichi-Tatarinovo , mentioned December 1, 1506. In 1790, the village had 119 yards and 807 inhabitants, in 1858 - 130 yards, 472 residents, in 1884 - 220 yards and 1,564 residents, in 1906 - 188 yards and 1246 inhabitants. In 1903, a reading room was opened. In 1930, the Worker collective farm was formed, and since 1961, it was part of the Avdeevsky state farm [10] . Until 1968 - the center of the Bolsheynichnoy Village Council .
