Bataille-Murza Okotsky , paternal: Shikhmurzin , is the son of the famous ruler Shikhmurza Okotsky [3] [2] [4] . In November 1588, in November 1588, Batay-Murza Okotsky was received in Moscow by Tsar of Russia Fedor Ivanovich Batay arrived, accompanied by five Terek residents [5] [6] . After the death of Shiha of Okotsk, Bataille became the owner of the Okotsk land [7] .

In 1605, Bataille visited Moscow with a diplomatic mission there, was engaged in trade operations and bought 15 sets of military equipment. For that time, these expensive goods did not require small expenses.
When Bataille-Murza violated the oath given to the Russian Tsar, he was forced to flee from the Terek city to the land of the Aukhovites in Okoh, after which all of his property intercepted was transferred to the residents of the city and Cossacks [8] .
In the spring of 1616, Bataille-Murza again took the oath and was accepted into Russian citizenship.
