Thkhat

Thkhat County is located west of the center of Hanoi. In the north-west, it borders with Bavi county and the city of Shontei , in the northeast - with the county of Fuktho , in the south-east - with the county of Kuokoai , in the south-west - with the province of Hoabin .

In the XVII century in the village of Thtsha ( Vietnamese. Thạch Xá ) , the Buddhist temple Teifong ( Vietnamese. Tây Phương ) was founded, which has survived to our days ^[5] . In 1998, authorities approved a project to build Hoalak High Tech Park in Thakhthat County ^[6] . Until 2008, the district of Thkhat was part of the province of Hatei ( Vietnamese. The country's largest high-tech park Hoa Lac (Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park), which specializes in education, production and research in software, information technology, telecommunications, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, precision mechanics, optoelectronics, new materials, is based in the county. , nanotechnology, alternative energy sources and environmental technologies ^{[7] [8]} . Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park includes industrial, research, educational and residential areas with developed infrastructure, office software park, recreation and sports area ^{[9] [10] [11]} .

The Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park is based on the Space Technology Center (a joint project of the Vietnam Space Technology Institute and the Vietnam Institute of Science and Technology), the Center for Automotive Technology Research, the private university FPT Group (FPT University) and the Institute of Information and Communication Strategy, research centers of the largest Vietnamese IT-companies Viettel Group is , FPT Software and Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group is , pharmaceutical factory of the Italian company Medlac , as well as offices and centers of the Nissan , Hanoi Electricity Corp , VietinBank , Vietcombank and the State Bank of BL THAM ^{[12] [2] [13] [14] [15]} .

Thхатьch Hoa ( Vietnamese. Thạch Hòa ) has one of the six campuses of Vietnam National University ^[17] , and the Political University campus is also located in the county.

In the commune of Tiangshon, a local holiday is held, dedicated to three deities (Tang Vien, Khao Sean, Kui Ming) and accompanied by mass celebrations (water processions, wrestling, cockfights , Chinese chess competitions, juggling , a puppet theater on the water ). In the commune of Thtsha, a religious festival of the Teifong Temple is held, dedicated to Buddha and Arhats and attracting many pilgrims ^[18] .
