Biography
Born on February 1, 1962 in the city of Kargat, Novosibirsk Region .
In 1985 he graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Technology of the Novosibirsk Electrotechnical Institute , Department of Electrophysical Installations and Accelerators.
From 1983 to 1985, while still studying at the institute, he worked as a laboratory assistant in the physical laboratory of the Institute of Nuclear Physics SB RAS .
From 1985 to 2000, he worked at the Institute of Nuclear Physics SB RAS (intern researcher, engineer, researcher and senior researcher).
In 1996 - defended his thesis, topic: "Multilayer X-ray mirrors for plasma diagnostics."
From 2001 to 2008, he was a senior researcher at the Institute of Physics of Microstructures of the Russian Academy of Sciences .
Since 2008 - Acting Head of the Laboratory.
In 2009 - defended his doctoral dissertation, topic: "Methods for the diagnosis of structural and dispersion properties of multilayer x-ray mirrors."
Scientific activity
X-ray optics, surface and thin film physics, optical interferometry, X-ray sources, projection lithography.
The author of 200 scientific papers.
Rewards
A. Stoletov Prize (together with N. N. Salashchenko , 2008) - for a series of works “Development of multilayer X-ray optics and application in physical experiments and scientific instrumentation”
