Geography
The settlement is located on both banks of the Bobrovka River, 25 kilometers southwest of the village of Beloyarsky [3] .
Time Zone

Infrastructure
The village is divided into 19 streets (Beregovaya, Merry, Spring, Cherry, Free, Zarechnaya, Winter, Lenin, Forest, Nazarova, October, Patrusheva, Privolnaya, Prirechnaya, Industrial, River, Station, Flower, South), two lanes (Dachny, Suburban) and the stop point "29 kilometer" [6] .
U-2 Destruction
On May 1, 1960, a downed Lockheed U-2 reconnaissance aircraft , piloted by Francis Gary Powers, crashed on the field of a Kosulino state farm near the village of Povarnia .
