Biography

Born in 1904 in the territory of modern silt Balikesir . In 1928, he took part in Greco-Roman wrestling competitions at the Olympic Games in Amsterdam , but unsuccessfully. In 1936 he took part in the Olympic Games in Berlin , where he took 4th place in the Greco-Roman wrestling, but made a very unsuccessful fight in freestyle wrestling. In 1938 he became the bronze medalist of the European Championship, at the European Championship of 1946 he repeated this result.
