Erlisheim ( fr. Herrlisheim ) is a commune in the north-east of France in the Grand Est region [1] (former Alsace - Champagne - Ardennes - Lorraine ), department of the Lower Rhine , district of Agno-Wisambour , canton of Bishwiller [2] . Until March 2015, the commune as part of the canton of Bishwiller was administratively part of Agno County.

Economics
In 2010, out of 3125 people of working age (from 15 to 64 years old), 2375 were economically active , 750 were inactive (activity indicator 76.0%, in 1999 - 71.3%). Of the 2375 active able-bodied residents, 2180 people worked (1154 men and 1026 women), 195 were unemployed (88 men and 107 women). Among 750 able-bodied inactive citizens, 237 were pupils or students , 328 - pensioners , and another 185 - were inactive due to other reasons [9] [10] .
