Biography

Born on January 11, 1959 in the Krasnodar Territory [1] .

In 1980 he graduated from the Armavir Higher Military Aviation School of Pilots . He served as an instructor pilot, senior instructor pilot, aviation commander, deputy squadron commander in the training aviation regiment of the Armavir Higher Military School for Pilots. After graduating from the Military Command Academy of Air Defense named after Marshal of the Soviet Union G.K. Zhukov served in the fighter aviation regiment of air defense of the Far Eastern Military District as a squadron commander, deputy regiment commander, regiment commander. From 1998 to 2001 - Deputy Commander of the Air Defense Division of the Trans-Baikal Military District. From 2001 to 2003 he studied at the main faculty at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation [1] . From 2004 to 2005, he served in the Volga-Urals Military District as a division commander.

From 2005 to 2010 - Deputy Commander of the 4th Air Force and Air Defense Command ( North Caucasian Military District ).

Since July 2010 - Commander of the 2nd Command of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Central Military District. By presidential decree on January 15, 2016 he was appointed commander of the 4th Army of the Air Force and Air Defense .

In January 2018, Sevastyanov landed a combat fighter on the A-260 highway 18 meters wide as part of the planned exercises [2]

Has experience in the performance of official duties in a combat situation [1] . Sniper Pilot [1] .

Since May 16, 2019 - Director of the ChUK Museum complex UMMC .

Awards and honors

He was awarded the Order of Military Merit, the Medal of Military Merit, the Nesterov Medal and several other medals.
