Dumchino is a former railway station of the Moscow-Kursk railway (between Mtsensk and Otrada) [1] , and now it is a stopping point of the Oryol-Kursk TsPKK center. Long-distance trains at this station do not stop. The station has preserved a wooden station building, partially adapted for housing. Before the closure, there were 4 tracks and two platforms at the station, now there are only platforms and a couple of main tracks, as well as a congress and a dead end, from which the branch departs to the military unit.
