The Iskra rural district is an abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow region in 1994-2006.

The rusty village council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1923, he was part of the Bednyakovsky volost of the Moscow district of the Moscow province [1] .
In 1926, Rzhavsky s / s included the village of Rzhavki Bolshoi and the village of Rzhavka Maly [2] .
In 1929, Rzhavsky s / s was assigned to the Skhodnensky district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region. At the same time, Matushkinsky s / s was attached to it.
On September 27, 1932, in connection with the liquidation of the Skhodnensky district, the Rzhavsky s / s was transferred to the Solnechnogorsk district.
On July 17, 1939, the Savelykovsky Village Council (the village of Savelyki ) was attached to the Rzhavsky s / s.
On May 28, 1940, the Rzhavsky s / s was transferred to the new Khimki district .
On June 14, 1954, the Chernogryazh s / s was attached to the Rzhavsky s / s .
On June 22, 1954, the village of Kryukovo-Goluboye was transferred from Andreevsky s / s to Rzhavsky s / s, and the village of Matushkino from Rzhavsky s / s to Alabushevsky village council .
October 2, 1954 in the village of Rzhavsky, the village of Oktyabrsky was formed, which at the same time was removed from the village council and transferred to the administrative subordination to the working village of Kryukovo .
On August 7, 1958, in the village of Rzhavsky, the village of Mendeleevo was formed.
On August 18, 1960, the Khimki district was abolished, and the Rzhavsky s / s was transferred to the recreated Solnechnogorsk district.
On September 30, 1960, the Chashnikovsky village council was attached to the Rzhavsky s / s. At the same time, the center of Rzhavsky s / s was moved to the village of Chernaya Gryaz , and the village council was renamed the Iskra Village Council .
On February 1, 1963, the Solnechnogorsky district was abolished and the Iskrovsky s / s entered the Solnechnogorsky rural region (at the same time, the VNIIFTRI residential village and the Mendeleevo village were subordinate to the river Kryukovo).
On August 31, 1963, Poyarkovsky s / s was attached to the Iskrovsky s / s .
On January 11, 1965, the Iskrovsky s / s was returned to the restored Solnechnogorsk district.
December 3, 1965 from Iskrovsky s / s to the administrative subordination of the village Mendeleevo was transferred to the village of Red Warrior and the village of a tourist base.
On February 3, 1994, the Iskrovsky s / s was transformed into the Iskra rural district .
On April 23, 1997, the village of Novye Rzhavki was formed in the Iskrovsky rural district. At the same time, the village of Rzhavki and the village of Novye Rzhavki were separated from the Iskrovsky s / o into a separate Rzhavsky rural district .
On July 7, 1999, the center of Iskrovsky s / o was moved from the village of Chernaya Gryaz to the village of Lunevo [3] .
During the 2004β2005 municipal reform, the Iskra rural district ceased to exist as a municipal unit. Moreover, all of its settlements were transferred to the rural settlement of Lunevskoye [4] .
On November 29, 2006, the Iskra Rural District was excluded from the accounting data of the administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Moscow Region [5] .
