Geography
The village is located in the central part of the district.
History
In the Borovichi district of the Novgorod province in 1911, the village of Neneazhnik was located on the territory of the Novoselitsky volost , the number of inhabitants was 310, yards - 45, the village was then on the land of the Neneazhnitsky and Bobrovsky rural societies , in the village there were: two grain stores, a small shop and parish school [4] . According to the decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on April 3, 1924, the Novoselitskaya volost was abolished, and the village became part of the newly formed Borovichi volost of the Borovichi district of the Novgorod province [5] . According to the 1926 census, the population of the village of Neneazhnik is 262 people [6] . Then, from August 1927, the village of Nenezhnik, as part of the Yurinsky village council of the newly formed Borovichi district, of the newly formed Borovichi district , was renamed from the Northwest to the Leningrad Region [7] . Since November 1928, the Yurinsky Village Council was abolished, the Tukhunsky Village Council was renamed Grebloshsky, and Neneazhnik became part of the Grebloshsky Village Council [5] [6] . By a decision of the Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR of July 23, 1930, the Borovichi district was abolished, and the district became directly subordinate to the Lenoblispolkom. The population of the village of Neneazhnik in 1940 was 198 people [6] . By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 5, 1944, the Novgorod Region was formed and the Borovichi District became part of it [5] .
By the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 296 of April 9, 1960, the Grebloshsky Village Council was abolished, and Neneazhnik became part of the Bolshelesovsky Village Council [5] .
During the failed all-Union reform on dividing into rural and industrial areas and party organizations, in accordance with the decisions of the November (1962) plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU "on the restructuring of the party leadership of the national economy" from December 10, 1962, both the village council and the village entered the large Borovichi rural area , and on February 1, 1963, the administrative Borovichi district was abolished. The plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU, held on November 16, 1964, reinstated the former principle of party leadership in the national economy, after which, by a decree of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of January 12, 1965, rural areas were re-transformed into administrative regions and by decision of the Novgorod Regional Executive Committee of January 12, 1965 and the Bolshelesovsky Village Council and Neneazhnik village again in Borovichi district. By the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 187 of May 5, 1978, the Bolshelesovsky Village Council was renamed Progresky. [5]
After the cessation of the activity of the Progressky Village Council in the early 1990s [8] , the Administration of the Progressky Village Council began to operate, which was abolished on January 1, 2006 on the basis of a resolution of the Administration of the city of Borovichi and Borovichi District on October 18, 2005 and the village of Neneazhnik, according to the results of the municipal reform was part of the municipality - the Progres rural village of Borovichi municipal district ( local government ), was subordinated to the administrative-territorial structure and the administration of the Progres rural village of Borovichi district [9] .
