Cambodian-Lao relations are bilateral diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Laos . The length of the state border between the countries is 555 km [1] .

History
During the Vietnam War (1965-1975), the Ho Chi Minh Trail passed through the territory of Cambodia and Laos, a series of land and water transport routes with a total length of over 20 thousand km that were used by the Democratic Republic of Vietnam to transport military materials and troops to South Vietnam . It is one of the key factors that ensured the military victory of North Vietnam [2] . At present, strong friendships have been established between Cambodia and Laos, meetings are regularly held at the level of the top leadership of the two countries [3] .
Economic Relations
In 2013, trade between countries amounted to 10 million US dollars [4] . Imports of Laos from Cambodia: food, household goods. Cambodia's imports from Laos: electricity, manufactured goods, timber, agricultural products [5] . In 2015, trade between countries reached the amount of 24.5 million US dollars [6] .
