Biography
Since 1924 - a worker at various enterprises.
In 1933 he graduated from the Moscow Road Institute with a degree in civil engineering of roads and bridges [1] , until 1935 he worked there.
In 1935-1941 in the organizations of the Moscow Council for the construction of embankments and bridges.
In 1941-1945 served in the Red Army, major engineer. In 1944, he directed the construction of the Kiev bridge across the Dnieper.
Since 1945 - head, then chief engineer of the Office of road and bridge construction in Moscow. From February 1968 to May 1984 - head of the main department for science and technology under the Moscow City Executive Committee [1] .
Since 1953, he was repeatedly elected to the Moscow City Council.
He died on May 1, 1984 after a serious illness.
Rewards
- The Lenin Prize of 1959 - for the solution of a major urban development task of rapid reconstruction and improvement of the Luzhniki district of Moscow and the creation of a complex of sports facilities of the Central Lenin Stadium .
- Order of Lenin, Red Banner, World War I degree, four orders of the Red Banner of Labor, Order of the Red Star, "Badge of Honor".
- Medals.
- Prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR .
