Dergunov, Peter Kondratievich

Born into a peasant family.

He began to work at the age of eleven, at the end of four classes (1927), in the 1930s. headed a dairy farm. He was drafted into the Red Army in 1938.

During World War II he served as a telephone operator, first of the 693rd separate communications company, and then of the 608th separate communications battalion of the 232nd rifle division. On August 20, 1944, despite a strong mortar fire of the enemy, he eliminated nine disconnected communications. For his actions he was awarded the Order of the Red Star.

January 11, 1945 he led the tip of the communication line from the advanced communications center to the command post of the 797th Infantry Regiment under heavy enemy fire. Due to strong enemy fire, the communication line was often cut off. The Red Army soldier P.K. Dergunov personally went to the damages and eliminated them in a short time. He was awarded the second Order of the Red Star.

Demobilized as a sergeant.

In 1946 he became chairman of the collective farm. Lenin (at that time - the weakest in the region, the grain yield was only 6 centners per hectare, three dozen cows, forty-six horses and one and a half dozen sows, the harvest was carried out manually, in the spring of 1946 only 124 hectares were sown - there were not enough seeds for more) , led him for 30 years. The Dergunov team mastered virgin and fallow lands, strengthened the agricultural service. At the end of 1954, they got the result: 17 centners per hectare (at that time - a record for productivity). By the 1960s, average yields rose to 20 centners. For several years in a row they won not only at the district, but also at the regional and regional levels. One million rubles of income came out. With the collective farm money in the village, comfortable residential buildings, a new school, workshops, a shop, and a House of Culture were built. The team was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, gold, silver and bronze small medals of VDNH. In 1976, the bureau of the district committee of the CPSU established a cup to them. P.K.Dergunova. For three convocations he was a deputy of the regional Council of Workers' Deputies, 12 convocations - of the Myshlansky Village Council. He was awarded the Order of Lenin, the Red Banner of Labor (twice), the Red Star (twice), five medals of VDNH . In 1999, a memorial plaque was installed on the office building of Myshlanskoye CJSC (former collective farm named after Lenin) ^[1] .

As chairman of a collective farm, he graduated from the seven-year plan. He studied at retraining courses for collective farm leaders, then he studied at the Novosibirsk concurrent school.

By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of January 11, 1957, for special merits in the development of virgin and fallow lands and overfulfillment of the bread delivery plan in 1956, Petr Kondratievich Dergunov, chairman of the V.I. Lenin collective farm, was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle."

Since the mid-1950s, the collective farm economy did not know any recessions. At the turn of the sixties, the average productivity in the Myshlan fields grew to 20 centners. For several years in a row, the collective farm won the competition at the district, oblast, and region levels. One million rubles of income came out.

April 9, 1965 by a joint decision of the Bureau of the Novosibirsk rural regional committee of the CPSU, the Novosibirsk regional executive committee and regional trade union committee P. K. Dergunov was included in the regional Book of Honor ^[2] .

He took part in the work of one of the Plenums of the Central Committee of the CPSU , in the work of the All-Union Congress of Collective Farmers. He was elected a member of the regional party committee, during three convocations - a deputy of the regional Council of Workers' Deputies, during 12 convocations - a deputy of the Myshlansky Village Council.

On October 9, 1970, the Novosibirsk Regional Committee of the CPSU received a message on awarding a number of farms and leading workers in the production of the region at the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy (VDNH) in Moscow. Among the awarded - collective farm. Lenin, awarded the second degree diploma of VDNH ^[3] .

In September 1976, the bureau of the Suzunsky district committee of the CPSU established the district cup named after Hero of Socialist Labor P.K. Dergunov. The cup was awarded to tractor drivers who achieved the highest performance during the spring field work and plowing the winter swell.

For thirty years, P.K. Dergunov headed the board of the collective farm named after V.I. Lenin. Over the years of his work as a collective farm chairman, the collective was awarded gold, silver and bronze small medals of VDNH, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor and commemorative banners.

In 1977 he went on a well-deserved rest, the collective farm was on the crest of economic success.

He died on August 10, 1994.

He was awarded the Order of Lenin, two orders of the Red Banner of Labor, two orders of the Red Star (08/23/1944, 02/11/1945), medals "For military merits", "For the capture of Kiev", "For the capture of Budapest", "For the victory over Germany in Great The Patriotic War of 1941-1945. In honor of the Hero of Socialist Labor P.K. Dergunov on September 27, 2013, a memorial plaque was installed on the office building of Myshlanskoye CJSC.
