- Three axis accelerometer
- Biaxial gyroscope
- Uniaxial gyroscope for determining the yaw angle
Byrobot Drone Fighter implements a traction machine that greatly simplifies the control process.
There are two control modes: simplified (Headless) and professional.
Security
- When the remote control signal is lost, the copter lands smoothly
- Shock stop of motors upon impact or contact with the blades
- The control interface allows you to immediately stop the motors
- Protective blade guard for indoor flight
Firmware
The software installed on the quadrocopter and the control panel can be updated via USB using a simulation program.
Modular Structure
Byrobot Drone Fighter has a modular structure - individual parts (modules) are easily detached with bare hands, so the user can independently repair the drone without using any tools.
Game Functionality
Byrobot Drone Fighter became the first user combat drone class UAV - with the possibility of an air battle with other Byrobot drones - one on one or a team for a team of up to 40 drones at a time. Each copter is equipped with IR emitters ("guns") and an IR receiver, so drones can fire at each other. The number of hits in the drone is displayed by the LEDs on the remote control, when all the "hit points" are used up - Byrobot makes an emergency landing. In addition to conventional attacks, there are “super attacks” - something like combos in computer fighting games.
The built - in flight recorder records defeats and victories.
The player’s life is displayed on the remote control, each hit, except the first, removes one life. To activate the combat mode before take-off, players make a "launch salvo" [1] .
Computer Simulator
On the official Byrobot website, [1] is available for downloading a flight simulator on Byrobot. The program allows you to install and update drone firmware, view flight and battle statistics, and also master flight skills in a 3D simulator. To control the simulator you need a complete quadrocopter joystick.
