The state - owned self-supporting foreign trade and investment company Ukrinmash (Ukrainian state-owned Derzhavna gosrozrakhunkova is one of the investment companies Ukrnmash ) is a Ukrainian state-owned special exporter that trades in the products of machine-building enterprises, military-industrial enterprises of Ukraine and the military-industrial complex of Ukraine and Ukraine domestic markets [1] .

History
The research and production foreign trade association "Ukrinmash" was created in 1991 under the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine [1] .
In November 1995, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allowed to supply the armed forces of Ukraine with imported material resources and fuels and lubricants through the intermediary of the NGO Ukrinmash with payment for the above activities from the state budget of Ukraine [2] .
After the establishment of the state-owned company Ukrspetsexport for the export and import of military products and services in August 1996, the state-owned self-financing foreign trade and investment firm Ukrinmash became part of the Ukrspetsexport group of companies as a subsidiary [3] [1] .
In October 1997, Ukrinmash received the right to sell the property of the armed forces of Ukraine on the domestic market of Ukraine [4] , and in December 1998, the right to sell any military property of the armed forces and other armed forces of Ukraine (including property of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine ), with the exception of explosives, weapons and ammunition [5] .
At the disposal of the company was transferred the production base for the repair and pre-sale preparation of automotive and engineering equipment [1] .
After the creation of the Ukroboronprom state concern in December 2010, the Ukrinmash company was included in the concern.
On August 27, 2013, Ukrinmash HCVIF concluded an agreement with Aviaexport on cooperation in the provision of repair and export of aviation equipment (in particular, Mi-17 and Mi-171 helicopters), in accordance with the agreement, the Ukrainian side was able to purchase spare parts for aircraft and helicopter technology in Russian enterprises [6] .
In December 2014, it became known that Ukrinmash concluded a number of agreements with the French Thales Group [7] [8] and the American companies ATN Corporation [9] and Barrett Firearms [10] on the supply of military products for the armed forces, the National Guard and the Security Service of Ukraine.
On December 18, 2014, Ukrinmash signed a contract with Defense Technology Inc. for the supply of AN / TPQ-49 artillery reconnaissance radars [11] .
