Biography
In 1918 he graduated from the 1st Moscow Cadet Corps. From 1919 to 1923, he served in the Red Army as a disinfector and clerk, did not participate in hostilities.
In the years 1924-1930. Manager of the Moscow Hosiery Factory Nogina.
In 1930, he realized his dream, began to work as a designer in the Gun-weapon machine-gun association B, C, H, X. Without interruption from production in 1931 he graduated from the State courses of draftsmen in Moscow. Since 1931 he worked at factories No. 38 and No. 92 (TsAKB).
One of the creators of the 57-mm anti-tank gun ZIS-2 and the 76-mm division gun ZIS-3 in a team led by Grabin V.G. Since 1942, the head of the 18th department of the Central Design Bureau, he led the carriage work. From 1943 to 1961, Deputy Director, Chief Designer of NII-58.
