Biography
Peasant Sloboda Drabyshevaya Liman parish Izyumskogo county Kharkov province . He studied literacy with a nun, later studied independently. He served in the Life Guards Grenadier Regiment, took part in the Russian-Japanese war. Went to the reserve in the rank of an ensign-ensign. Engaged in arable farming and small trade in his village.
On February 7, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the II convocation from the general composition of electors of the Kharkov provincial electoral assembly. He joined the Labor Group and the Peasant Union faction. Consisted of the Duma Commission on assistance to the unemployed and the Agrarian Commission. Participated in the debate on the abolition of military field courts, speaking on the agrarian issue, defended the idea of forcible alienation of landlord lands.
The further fate and date of death are unknown.
