Quadratic Voting is a type of voting in which the number of votes of a participant is equal to the square root of the amount paid (according to the formula "for X rubles you get the square root of X votes") [1] . So, half a vote can be bought for 25 kopecks, one vote for one ruble, 10,000 votes for one hundred million rubles [1] . Quadratic voting enables the participant to cast exactly the number of votes that corresponds to his preference for one or another option - in contrast to the traditional one (“one person - one vote”) [2] [1] . It can be applied in elections and referenda.
