Born June 3, 1908 in the city of Dedyukhin, Perm Province . The surname “Tsirenshchikov” is directly related to Verkhnekamyu — salt workers, turning salt, and also wooden shovels with which this was done, were called “cirens” . [2]
In 1926 he came to the Bereznikovsky soda plant after graduating from high school FZU . In 1929 he was sent to study at the Ural Polytechnic Institute . After graduating from UPI in 1935, he was distributed to the First Potash Plant (worked as a chemical chemist) [2] , then to the construction of the Solikamsk Magnesium Plant. He worked as a shift supervisor, technoruk, early. shop, head of the Office of Capital Construction. During the Great Patriotic War, he played a large role in ensuring the implementation of defense orders. [3]
In 1940 he headed the secret plant R-43 in Solikamsk, received chlorine poisoning. [2]
In 1949, he was appointed director of the Berezniki Magnesium Plant (until 1970) [3] . By 1954, Tsirenshchikov was able to organize the production of magnesium using a new, more advanced technology. Almost immediately, the enterprise received an order for the production of sponge titanium. [2]
On February 8, 1960, Berezniki obtained the first sponge titanium in the USSR, and after a while BMZ (which has become a titanium-magnesium plant since 1963 [4] ) became the leading enterprise in the industry. Since 1964 [4] , thanks to the dedication of workers and the skillful leadership of the Ts., The Magnesium Combine has become a profitable enterprise [3] . In 1965, the second magnesium electrolysis workshop was commissioned, and the second silicon-conversion substation in the USSR was built [4] . In 1966, for its success in increasing the production of titanium and magnesium and the development of new production facilities, BTMK was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor. [2]
