Biography
Born November 1, 1904 in the territory of today's Rostov region.
From the age of 16 he worked for hire. In 1926 - 1931 he served in the Navy . Since 1931, engineer, assistant director for scientific work, director of the Institute IRPA.
He graduated from LETI (1941). During the war, the foreman, deputy. director of the plant in Omsk , director of the plant in Krasnoyarsk (03/29/1943 - 9/19/1944).
In 1944–1950, director of the SRI-20 MRP, Moscow (All-Russian Research Institute of Radio Engineering, VNIIRT).
Since 1950 - Deputy Minister of Communications Industry, Radio Engineering Industry, Chairman of the Supreme Economic Council, Chairman of the State Committee for Electric Power Industry, Minister of Electronic Industry of the USSR.
He died in Moscow not earlier than 1996.
