Vladimir Ivanovich Timochkin ( December 22, 1936 , the village of Mosyagino ) - production leader, driver of ATP No. 6 of the automobile depot No. 10 of the Glavzapaduralstroy of the USSR Ministry of Naturalsibstroy. Hero of Socialist Labor (1985). Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 10 and 11 convocations.

Biography
Born December 22, 1936 in the city of Berezniki . In 1955, he graduated from TU No. 3 with a degree in Apparatus for Magnesium Production. He served in the Soviet Army in the Air Force , received the profession of driver. After military service, he got a job as a mechanic at the Anilino-colorful plant , located in the immediate vicinity of Mosyagino [1] .
Since 1959, for more than 35 years, he worked as a driver of ATP No. 6 of automobile depot No. 10 of Glavzapaduralstroy of the USSR Ministry of Naturalsibstroy [1] . He participated in the construction of industrial and social facilities of the city of Berezniki. He built the first, second and third potash plants and Novosodovy plant .
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of 10 and 11 convocations from the Berezniki constituency.
On August 8, 1985, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor for outstanding successes in the construction of a methanol production complex in Gubakh [1] .
After retiring, lives in the city of Berezniki.
