Antrocephalus decipiens (lat.) Is a species of small chalcinoid riders of the genus Antrocephalus from the family Chalcididae . Southeast Asia , (including Vietnam , Philippines ) [1] .

Description
Small hymenoptera chalcides , length 2.0 - 2.5 mm. The main color is black (legs are lighter, to yellow). Antennae 11-segmented. Whiskey with a longitudinal groove. The legs are 5-segmented. The chest is convex. Hind femur thickened and swollen. Presumably, like other species, a kind of parasite on butterfly pupae ( Lepidoptera ). The species was first described in 1929 under the original name Haltichella decipiens Masi, 1929 , and its valid status was confirmed in 2016 by Indian entomologist Academician Tekke Kuruppate Narendran ( Narendran TC ; Zoological Survey Of India, Calcutta , India ) and Dutch hymenopterologist K. van Ahtenberg ( Cornelis van Achterberg ; Naturalis, Leiden , Netherlands ) based on materials from Vietnam [1] [2] .
