Biography
Johansson was born on November 8, 1996 in Bramhult , in a suburb of Borås . In 2011, she participated in Lilla Melodifestivalen with the song of her own composition “Jag behöver dig” and took fourth place [2] . On November 30, 2015, Johanssen was declared one of the 28 participants of Melodifestivalen 2016 with the song “ Save Me ” [3] . On February 13, 2016 she performed in the second semi-final and was able to get into the final [4] . As a result, in the final, a jury member awarded the singer fourth place [5] . On February 28, 2016, the singer’s debut single became available for digital download [6] [7] and managed to reach second place on the Sverigetopplistan chart . She also voiced the main character in the Swedish dub of the 2016 cartoon of Moana . She performed at the Melodifestivalen 2017 with the song “ As I Lay Me Down ” [8] . It was planned that she will represent Sweden at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest [9] .
