Biography
He graduated (1925) from the Air Force Academy of the Red Army named after Professor N. E. Zhukovsky.
Until 1930, he worked at TsAGI , then (until 1988) at TsIAM .
In 1930-1954, part-time taught at the Moscow Aviation Institute named after S. Ordzhonikidze , VVIA named after Professor N. E. Zhukovsky .
During the Great Patriotic War, together with the Central Institute of Aviation Motors (TsIAM) was evacuated to Ufa. In 1942-1943: Head of the Department of Aircraft Engine Design, Ufa Aviation Institute .
Doctor of Technical Sciences (1940), Professor (1945).
Creator of blade machines for aircraft piston and turbojet engines.
