Biography
Born on November 6, 1913. Since 1932 he worked as a livestock specialist at the Berestovoy state farm in the Konstantinovsky district. After the start of World War II, he led the evacuation of the state farm.
He was called to the front. He fought in the 6th field army of the Southwestern Front. Injured. After treatment at the hospital, he continued to fight as part of the Voronezh Front.
After demobilization in October 1945 he returned to his native state farm, was engaged in its restoration.
In 1953 he was appointed director of the Berestovoy farm, which by that time was a subsidiary farm of the Frunze metallurgical plant. He led this company until 1980. Built a greenhouse and canning shop. For three decades, the Berestovoy state farm was one of the foremost agricultural enterprises in the USSR. For 25 years in a row, the state farm participated in the All-Union Exhibition of VDNH.
In 1966 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor.
He died in 1991. He was buried in Konstantinovka.
