The film premiered in the USSR on August 16, 1939 .

Story

Airborne pilot - pilot of the civil air fleet Aleksei Tomilin - once decides not to tempt fate anymore and fly only in a straight line. The airport where Tomilin operates is located near the border with Afghanistan . Once the hero receives a mission to fly to the border region and hand over the package with the order to capture a large saboteur who crossed the border. Returning, Tomilin makes an emergency landing near an abandoned house - and soon becomes a gang hostage. The hero pretends that he agrees to transfer the saboteur abroad, and relies only on himself and his experience as an air ace-dead-looper ...
