Biography
I went to school in my hometown. He graduated from the three classes of the Franciscan school in Broad Brieg . And the fourth class entered the Vinkovec gymnasium. He graduated from high school in Zagreb. In 1917 he dropped out of school and began to publish the magazine "Whirlwind" ( Horv. Vijavica ). In 1919, under the influence of the movement Der Sturm founded the journal “Onslaught” ( Croat. Juriš ). In 1923, he began to publish the third journal, the Writer ( Horv. Književnik ).
In 1924 he suffered severe pneumonia and fell ill with tuberculosis . I went for treatment in Dubrovnik and Cavtat . In 1925 he returned to Zagreb, where he died of tuberculosis on May 2. He was buried in the Mirogoj cemetery.
