Verkhnespassky village council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement in the Rasskazovsky district of the Tambov region .

The administrative center is the village of Verkhnespasskoe .

History

In accordance with the Law of Tambov Region dated September 17, 2004 No. 232-Z ^[3] , the boundaries of the municipality and the status of the village council as a rural settlement are established.

In accordance with the Law of the Tambov Region dated May 24, 2013 No. 271-З ^[4] , the abolished Kotovsky and Lipovsky village councils are included in the village council .
