Suroptsovo is a village in the Sergiev Posad district of the Moscow region of Russia , part of the rural settlement of Bereznyakovskoye .

Geography
The village of Suroptsovo is located in the north of the Moscow region, in the eastern part of the Sergiev Posad district, on the M8 Yaroslavl highway, about 67 km north of the Moscow ring road and 15 km north-east of the Sergiev Posad station of the Yaroslavl direction of the Moscow railway , at the source Molokchi River Klyazma basin [8] .
6 km south-west of the village is the Moscow Big Ring A108 , 8.5 km north-east - the highway P75 Aleksandrov - Vladimir . The nearest rural settlements are the village of Buzhaninovo , the villages of Galnevo , Mitino and Terpigoryevo .
Two gardening associations (SNT) are assigned to the village [9] . It is connected by bus with the regional center - the city of Sergiev Posad [10] .
History
In the βList of Populated Placesβ of 1862 - the ownerβs village of the 2nd camp of the Alexander district of Vladimir province on the right side of the Yaroslavl highway from the border of Dmitrov district to Pereyaslavsky , 25 versts from the county town and 35 versts from the flat, with a pond and a well, with 16 courtyards and 115 residents (51 men, 64 women) [2] .
According to the data for 1895 - the village of Rogachev volost of the Alexander district with 116 inhabitants (66 men, 50 women). The main occupation of the population was tilling, in winter women and adolescents were engaged in unwinding silk and gluing sleeves, 28 people left as workers for the latin industry in the factories of Aleksandrovsky Uyezd [3] .
According to the materials of the 1926 All-Union population census - the village of the Galnevsky village council of the Rogachev volost of the Sergievsky district of the Moscow province 8.5 km from the Yaroslavl highway and 20.3 km from the Sergievo station of the Northern railway; 145 people lived (69 men, 76 women), there were 25 households (24 peasant) [5] .
1927-1929 - the center of the Suroptsovsky village council of the Rogachev volost [11] .
