“Danilovsky maniac” ( “Maniac with dull eyes” ) is a Russian serial killer . It is suspected that in the period from 2004 to 2007 in the city of Cherepovets, the Vologda region committed 7 murders. Three murders were committed on an abandoned construction site on the street. Danilov. Since then, the serial killer is called the "Danilov" maniac [1] .

Killings
In 2008, the total volume of the criminal case totaled 18 volumes, about 2000 people were polled. Municipality of Cherepovets announced a reward for helping to find a maniac - 1 million rubles.
Timeline
- In February 2004, Marina Ostrovskaya (17 years old) left and went missing.
- In September 2005, he went to school and Vergun Alexander (15 years old) did not return home.
- In August 2004, a student of metallurgical college Irina Popova (19 years old) was raped and strangled in the Pitinsky wasteland.
- On September 5 of the same year, Tatyana Bayeva (22 years old) was raped and strangled at the school of arts.
- December 8, 2004 on the street. Milutina raped and strangled Tatyana Maximova (17 years).
- June 26, 2005, Lyudmila Miroshnichenko, 31 , did not return to work.
- July 14 of the same year on the street. Danilova was killed by Svetlana Stepanova (19 years old). When the investigators arrived at the crime scene, 2 more half-rotten corpses were found nearby - Lyudmila Miroshnichenko and Marina Ostrovskaya.
- On June 11, 2007, Natalia Zakalova was killed. [2]
- Perhaps involved in the murder of a woman named Elena (the murder occurred in 2010 in Vologda ) [3] .
- Perhaps involved in a series of murders of girls that occurred in 1999-2003 [4] .
On the walls near the place of the killings, pornographic drawings were found [5] .
