Biography

Born in 1909 in the Bois-Colombes department of Hautes-de-Seine . In 1938 he won the silver medal of the World Cup.

In 1948 he took part in the Olympic Games in London , where the French took 5th place in the team saber. In 1949, he won the silver medal of the World Cup; at the 1950 World Cup he repeated this result. In 1952 he became the bronze medalist of the Olympic Games in Helsinki . In 1954 he won the bronze medal of the World Cup.
