Burtichia ( Ukrainian: Burtichchya ) is a river in Ukraine , within the Berdyansk district of Zaporizhzhya region . Left tributary of Kiltichia (basin of the Sea of Azov ).

Description
Length 25 km, catchment area 166 km². The slope of the river is 5.3 m / km. The valley is 1.5 km wide and up to 30 m deep. The riverbed is up to 5 m wide. The food is snow and rain (in the spring, 85–90% of the annual runoff). At low water (summer / autumn) Burtichia dries up. It freezes in December, starts at the beginning of March. The drain is partially regulated by ponds. Used for the needs of fish farming and water supply .
Location
Burtichia originates west of the village of Berestovoye [1] . It flows within the Priazov Upland mainly to the south, in the lower reaches to the southwest. It falls into Kiltichia near the southern outskirts of the village of Sofievka [2] .
