Nikolai Karpovich Evich ( Ukrainian: Mikola Karpovich Єvich ; April 12, 1921 - date and place of death are unknown) - Soviet collective farmer, tractor driver of the seed farm named after the Second Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of State Farms of the USSR, Odessa Region, Ukrainian SSR . Hero of Socialist Labor (1949).

Biography
Born April 12, 1921 in a peasant family in one of the villages of the modern Mankovsky district of Cherkasy region. In 1939 he was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army. He participated in the Great Patriotic War from June 1941. He took part in defensive battles in Ukraine. In August 1941, was captured in the vicinity of the city of Pervomaisk, Odessa (now Nikolaev) region. In 1945, freed from captivity by the Allies.
Since 1948 - a tractor driver of the seed farm named after the 2nd Five-Year Plan of the Pervomaisky district. He collected an average of 30.9 centners of wheat per hectare from a plot of 150 hectares, overfulfilling the plan in the tractor brigade by 25.5%. In 1949, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor for these outstanding labor achievements.
In 1971, he moved with his family to the Odessa region.
