Vladimir Nikitovich Dovgal ( Ukrainian: Volodimir Mikitovich Dovgal ; 10/07/1935, Kremenchug - 09/06/1990, Kryvyi Rih ) - miner, foremen of drillers at the Yubileynaya mine at the XX party congress of the industrial association Krivbassrudskoy , Dnipropetrovsk. Hero of Socialist Labor (1977). Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR 9-11 convocations.

Biography
Born on October 7, 1935 in a working-class family in the city of Kremenchug. His father was the chairman of a collective farm in the village of Pisarschina, Kremenchug district, Poltava region.
Since 1947 - a trailer in the collective farm of the village of Pisarschina, Poltava region, at logging in the Arkhangelsk region of the RSFSR.
He graduated from the Evpatoria Maritime School in 1953. In 1953-1958 - a sailor of the Far Eastern State Shipping Company.
In 1958-1962 he was a miner of the Chekist mine number 10 in the city of Stalin, assistant manager of the warehouse at the Rublevsky grain reception center in the Poltava region.
In 1962-1969, he worked as a tuner at the Yubileinaya mine of the mine administration named after the 20th Party Congress of the Krivbassruda Production Association.
In 1966 he joined the Communist Party.
Since 1969, he has been the foreman of drillers at the Yubileinaya mine of the mine administration named after the 20th Party Congress of the Krivbassruda Production Association, Dnipropetrovsk Region.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of 9-11 convocations.
In 1977 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor for outstanding labor achievements.
