Biography

Gulomjon Inomovich Ibragimov was born in 1958 in the Pskent district of the Tashkent region . In 1980 he graduated from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Automation Engineer , in 2003 - from the Higher School of Business at the Academy of Public and State Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan . Gulomzhon Inomovich has a Ph.D. and a Master of Business Administration . By a decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2005, Gulomjon Inomovich Ibragimov was awarded the Order of Mehnat Shukhrati [4] .

Career

  • In 1985-1986 - the head of the youth organization of the Almalyk chemical plant .
  • In 1986-1988 - assistant director of the Almalyk chemical plant .
  • In 1988-1990 - Deputy Director of the Almalyk Chemical Plant .
  • In 1990-1992 - Director of the Almalyk Chemical Plant .
  • In 1992-2004, he was General Director of Ammophos OJSC.
  • In 2004-2010 - Chairman of the Board of the State Joint-Stock Company Uzkimyosanoat (Uzkhimprom).
  • By presidential decree of July 13, 2010 he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • On October 30, 2017, he was relieved of his post of Deputy Prime Minister in connection with the appointment to the post of Hokim of the Tashkent region [5] .
  • In 2010–2019 - Chairman of the Open Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Uzpromstroybank.
  • In 2012—2018 - Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC
  • In 2016-2019 - Chairman of the Athletics Federation of Uzbekistan.
