Biography
In 1909 he graduated from the parish school.
In December 1917 he joined the Red Guard. In August 1918, he was mobilized in the Red Army. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1919.
Member of the Civil War: on the Transcaspian Front (1918-1919), on the Fergana Front (1920), on the elimination of Basmachist in Bukhara (1922-1923). In August 1918 - November 1926, he served in the following positions: commander of communications of a regiment, brigade, fortress of Kushka, Bukhara military section, assistant commander of a separate communications company, commander of a platoon of communications.
In 1929 he graduated from the 3-year Central Asian courses in Oriental studies (he spoke English, Uygur and Uzbek languages). From July 1929 to April 1932, he was at the disposal of the 7th (later - 4th) division of the headquarters of the Central Asian Military District. In 1932 he graduated from the special department of the Advanced Training Courses in Intelligence at the Fourth Directorate of the Red Army Headquarters . In April 1932 - October 1934 - Chief of the Border Intelligence Point, Assistant Head of Section, Head of Sector of the 4th Division of the Headquarters of the Central Asian Military District, held at the disposal of the IV Directorate of the Red Army Headquarters. Since 1934 - at the Special Faculty of the Military Academy of the Red Army named after MV Frunze . At the request of the head of the Red Army Intelligence Directorate, S. P. Uritsky, he was released early from 1936 from the Military Academy named after MV Frunze for use in special work and was in October 1936 - August 1938 at the disposal of Rezvadupra. In August 1938 - March 1939 - deputy head of the 5th Division of the Intelligence Agency. From March 1939 - Chief of the Intelligence Department of the headquarters of the Belarusian (Western) Special Military District.
He participated in the Great Patriotic War from June 22 to August 1, 1941 on the Western Front, from December 1941 to November 1942 on the Stalingrad and Don Fronts, from February 1945 on the 1st Belorussian Front.
He met the war as the head of the Intelligence department of the headquarters of the Western Front. From October 1941 - Head of the Intelligence Department of the Higher Special School of the General Staff of the Red Army . From December 1941 - deputy commander of the 308th rifle division at the Stalingrad and Don fronts, from January 1943 - head of the Cycle of operational and tactical training of the Supreme Intelligence Courses for the improvement of officers of the Red Army at the Higher Special School of the General Staff. From February 1945 until the end of the War, he was deputy commander of the 9th Branderburg Infantry Red Banner Corps on the front line of the 1st Belorussian Front.
After the war - in teaching.
In retirement since August 1950.
