Biography

He was born on November 11, 1935 into a peasant family in the village of Karaykovo in the Solonyansky district of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Received secondary education.

Since 1951 - shepherd of the 173rd stud farm in the Krinichansky district, tractor driver of the Nekrasovsky collective farm in the Saratov region. He served in the Soviet Army (1956-1959).

Since 1959 - the foreman, machine operator of the state pedigree sheep breeding state factory "Shchorsky" of the Krinichansky district in the village of Zatishnoye .

In 1967 he joined the Communist Party. In 1971 he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor “for outstanding successes achieved in the development of agricultural production and the implementation of the five-year plan for the sale of agricultural products to the state” .

He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR 10-11 convocations.

After retiring, lives in the village of Granitnoye, Krinichansky district.
