Club career
Avinel began his career at the Créteil Club. For the club played one match. In January 2007, he signed an eight-month contract with the English Watford . He made his debut on May 5, 2007 in a match against Reading in the Madejski stadium, where he played the first half, after being replaced by Adrian Mariapp . He played two matches in the Football League Cup in the 2007/08 season.
On September 14, 2007, Avinel was rented to Stafford Rangers for one month. He played for the club 8 matches.
In January 2009, Avinel signed a contract with the French " Genon ". He played for the club 40 matches and scored one goal. Left the club in the summer of 2010.
On May 18, 2010, Avinel moved to Cannes [1] . He made his debut at the club on August 7, 2010 in a match against Bayonne . He played for the club 24 matches.
On May 26, 2011, Avinel signed a three-year contract with Clermont . He made his debut at the club on August 5, 2011 in a match against the “ Guingam ”. In 2014, he extended his contract until 2017.
International Career
December 4, 2008 Avinel made his debut for the national team of Guadeloupe in the Caribbean Cup match against Cuba . Guadeloupe lost this meeting with a score of 1: 2.
