History

YASHKINO (CHERENTSOVO) - the village of Lashinsky society, the parish of the village of Butkovo.
Peasant households - 27. Buildings - 78, including residential - 39.
The number of inhabitants according to the family lists of 1879: 65 m. P.; according to the parish records of 1879: 62 m. p. [2]

At the end of the 19th century, the village administratively belonged to the Nedashetsky volost of the 1st camp, at the beginning of the 20th century - to the Nedashetsky volost of the 4th camp of the 3rd zemsky section of the Tikhvin district of the Novgorod province .

According to the map of the Petrograd and Novgorod provinces of 1915, the village was called Cherentsova Yashkina and consisted of 15 yards [4] .

According to 1933, the village of Yashkino was part of the Lashinsky village council of the Kirishi district [5] .

According to 1966, the village of Yashkino was part of the Zvankovsky village council [6] .

According to the data of 1973 and 1990, the village of Yashkino was part of the Budogoshch village council [7] [8] .

In 1997, 34 people lived in the village of Yashkino, Budogoshsky volost, in 2002 - 26 (Russians - 96%) [9] [10] .

In 2007, 18 people lived in the village of Yashkino of the Budogoshsky state enterprise , in 2010 - 22 [11] [12] .

Geography

The village is located in the southeastern part of the district on the highway 41K-547 ( Budogoshch - Polovinnik ).

The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 13 km [11] .

The distance to the nearest railway station Budogoshch is 14 km [6] .

To the north of the village is the Snigel Creek.
