Memorial Address is a mini-album by Ayumi Hamasaki released on December 17, 2003 under the label Avex Trax . The album stayed on the first lines of the Oricon hit parade for several weeks. [1] Distributed in over a million copies, Memorial address is among the 250 best-selling albums in Japan of all time. [2] The album was released in two versions: CD and CD + DVD and became the first Ayumi Hamasaki disc released with the DVD. Five of the eight songs previously appeared on singles & , forgiveness and No way to say .

In October 2003, ANGEL'S SONG was used in a Panasonic D-snap SV-AS10 ad. The version of the song for advertising is somewhat different in tone from the final recorded for the album. “Because of You” could be heard in an advertisement for a Panasonic Lumix FX5 camera, and “No way to say” in an advertisement for a Panasonic Dockin Style MD-MJ57 player. “Ourselves” was used in an advertisement for KOSE VISEE Sheer Gloss lipstick.
