Geography
Village Dolmatovo is located on the river Pola . Upstream of the Flora, 1.5 km to the west, is the village of Vizomir-2 .
The area of land belonging to the village is 4.6 hectares [2] .
History
In the list of populated places of Demyansk district of Novgorod province for 1909, the village of Dolmatovo is listed as belonging to the Moiseyev volost of the county (1 camp 3 land sites). The population of the village that was then on the land of the Vyzomir rural society - 51 inhabitants: men - 24, women - 27, number of yards - 8, number of residential buildings - 13. [3]
Until July 31, 1927, the village was part of the Moiseev volost of Demyansk district of the Novgorod province of the RSFSR , and then, from August 1, as part of the Cherenkovsky village council of the newly-formed Molvotitsky district of the Novgorod district of the Leningrad region . Since November 1928 as part of the newly created Novoderevensky Village Council [4] . By decision of the CEC and the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR dated July 23, 1930, the Novgorod district was abolished, and the district passed into direct subordination to the Lenoblispolkom. From September 6, 1941 until 1942 ... 1943 Molvotitsky district was occupied by the German fascist troops [4] . By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of February 19, 1944, the district center of the Molvotitsky district was moved from the village of Molvotitsy to the village of Meryovo . By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 5, 1944, the Novgorod region was formed and the Molvotitsky district became part of it.
During the failed all-Union reform of the division into rural and industrial areas and party organizations, in accordance with the decisions of the November (1962) plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU "on the restructuring of the party leadership of the national economy" from December 10, 1962 a large Demyansky rural region was formed, and the administrative Molvotitsky District February 1, 1963 was abolished. Novoderevensky village council then became part of the Demyansky rural region. The plenary session of the Central Committee of the CPSU, which took place on November 16, 1964, restored the former principle of party leadership of the national economy, after which, by Decree of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of January 12, 1965, rural areas were transformed again into administrative districts and by the decision of the Novgorod Regional Executive Committee No. 6 of January 14, 1965 village in Demyansk district . In accordance with the decision of the Novgorod Regional Executive Committee No. 706 of December 31, 1966, the Novoderevensky Village Council and a village from the Demyansky District were transferred to the newly created Maryevsky District . [4] .
According to the results of the municipal reform, the village is part of the municipality - the Moiseyevskoye rural settlement of the Marevsky municipal district ( local government ), by administrative and territorial structure is subordinated to the administration of the Moiseevsky rural settlement of the Maryevsky district [5] .
