Ro.43 ( Italian: IMAM Ro.43 ) - Italian seaplane , ejection scout. Created in the design bureau of the company “Societe of anonymous industry meccaniche aeronautics Meridionali” (Industrie Meccaniche e Aeronautiche Meridionali - IMAM) based on the design of the ground reconnaissance IMAM Ro.37bis designed by J. Galasso ( Italian: Giovanni Galasso ). The first flight was made on November 19, 1934 , and in December 1936, serial deliveries of the aircraft began. Ro.43 took part in the Second World War , with a significant part of the vehicles based on the ships of the Italian fleet. A total of 193 seaplanes were collected. [one]
