Biography
From 1978 to 1992, he worked as a mechanic, senior foreman, deputy chairman of the united trade union committee, chief engineer of the UMC, chairman of the united trade union committee, director of the Ekibastuzshakhtostroy combine; [one]
1993-1994 - first deputy head of the Ekibastuz city administration;
1994–1995 - Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the XIIIth convocation;
1995-1996 - chairman of the department of labor protection in the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
1996-1998 - Chairman of the Pavlodar Territorial Committee on State Property Management;
1998-1999 - chairman of the territorial committee of state property and privatization, deputy akim of the North Kazakhstan region;
1999–2000 - Director of the Road Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2000–2001 - Chief Coordinator of External Loan Consultants at the Committee for Roads of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
