Biography
Born in Novokuzminka, Zhelezinsky district, Pavlodar region.
- From 1988 to 2008 he worked at the state farm, was engaged in entrepreneurial activity.
- From 2003 to 2008, Member of the Pavlodar Regional Maslikhat.
- From December 19, 2008 to October 8, 2011 - Akim of Kachirsky district.
- From October 8, 2011 to April 12, 2014 - Akim of the city of Aksu.
