Ghent - Wevelgem 2016 - The 78th one-day race and the 7th in the UCI World Tour 2016, starts March 27, 2016 in Belgium . This will be the second Arden classic race after the E3 Harelbeke . The main decoration of the race will be the cobblestone roads of East Flanders . Last year's winner Luca Paolini from Team Katusha will not take part in the race. The victory in the race was won by the cyclist of the Tinkoff team - Peter Sagan .

Route
Racers start in Denes and finish in Wevelgem . They have to overcome 243 kilometers, of which 55 kilometers are on the roads of France .
Teams Participants
