Content
Club career
Murillo began a career in the Argentinean Boca Juniors system. In 2007, he returned to his homeland and played for the club of the second division “ Sentauros Villavicencio ”. At the end of the season, Oscar moved to the Deportes Kindio club from his hometown. On February 15, 2009, in his match against Millionarios , he made his debut in the Mustang Cup [1] . On March 19, in a duel against Real Cartagena , Murillo scored his first goal for Kindio [2] . In 2010, on loan, he moved to the American Colorado Rapids , but could not debut for the team and returned back. In the summer of 2011, Oscar moved to Deportivo Pereira . On August 29, in his match against La Ekidad , he made his debut for a new team [3] .
In early 2012, Murillo moved to Atletico Nacional . On February 19, in a match against Millionarios, he made his debut for a new club [4] . In the same match, Oscar made a “double”, scoring his first goals for the club. As part of Atlético, he four times became the champion of Colombia and twice won the Cup .
In early 2016, Murillo moved to the Mexican Pachuca . On January 9, in his match against Tijuana , he made his debut in the Mexican Example , replacing Franco Haru in the second half [5] . On February 5, 2017, in a duel against UNAM, Pumas Oscar scored his first goal for Pachuca [6] . In the same year, Murillo helped Pachuca win the CONCACAF Champions League .
International Career
On March 24, 2016, in the 2018 World Cup qualifying match against Bolivia's national teams, Murillo made his debut for the Colombian national team [7] .
In 2018, Murillo took part in the 2018 World Cup in Russia . At the tournament, he played in a match against the Japanese team [8] .
