Features

In the previous add-on Play the World was a network game. Civilization III: Conquests contains a revised version of the multiplayer mode with the ability to play via the Internet, local area network, email, or replacing each other on the same computer.

In Civilization III: Conquests , many corrections were made in the game itself, for example, bombers can now sink ships and completely destroy ground units.

The supplement also includes:

  • New wonders of the world (in particular, for the first time in the game, all Seven Wonders of the World are present [1] ); units of the world can now do wonders of the world;
  • 8 new civilizations; another civilization - the Austrians - is not included in the standard game, but there is a graphic for it that allows using the script editor to add the Austrians instead of any of the existing civilizations;
  • 2 new features of civilizations - seafaring ( Eng. Searfaring ) and agrarian ( Eng. Agrarian );
  • 9 scripts ( English conquests ), which gave the name of the addition; each of them is tied to certain historical events; the rules in the scripts have changed significantly;
  • 4 new types of resources;
  • 2 new types of terrain - swamps and volcanoes ;
  • 2 new forms of government - feudalism and fascism .
