The Krasnooktyabrsky rural district is the abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Ruzsky district of the Moscow region in 1994-2006.

The Krasnooktyabrsky Village Council was formed on June 14, 1954 as part of the Ruzsky District of the Moscow Region by combining Vasilyevsky , Grigorovsky and Truteevsky s / s.
On July 31, 1959, the villages of Ignatievo , Markovo , Molodikovo , Morevo , Ozhigovo , Petrovo, Tomshin Gora and Khrushchevo of the abolished Morevsky s / s were added to the Krasnooktyabrsky s / s .
On December 12, 1959, the village of Lyublino was transferred from the Krasnooktyabrsky s / s to the line of the working village of Tuchkovo , and the territory of the road technical school and forest school No. 5 was transferred to its administrative subordination.
On February 1, 1963, the Ruzsky district was abolished and the Krasnooktyabrsky s / s entered the Mozhaisky rural district . January 11, 1965 Krasnooktyabrsky s / s was returned to the restored Ruzsky district.
On December 27, 1968, the village of Agafonovo was transferred from the Krasnooktyabrsky s / s to Nikolsky s / s in the Odintsovo district .
On March 28, 1977, the village of Polushkino and the village of peat enterprises were transferred from the Krasnooktyabrsky s / s to the Odintsovo district.
On May 30, 1978, the village of Tomshin Gora was abolished in the Krasnooktyabrsky s / s.
February 3, 1994 Krasnooktyabrsky s / s was transformed into the Krasnooktyabrsky rural district .
April 19, 2001 from Krasnooktyabrsky s / s to the structure of the settlement Tuchkovo was transferred to the village of Petrovo [1] .
During the municipal reform of 2004-2005, the Krasnooktyabrsky rural district ceased to exist as a municipal unit. Moreover, all its settlements were transferred to the rural settlement of Kolyubakinskoye [2] .
On November 29, 2006, the Krasnooktyabrsky rural district was excluded from the accounting data of the administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Moscow region [3] .
